After going through a difficult season, Monica discovered that painting on canvas gave her suppressed emotions somewhere to go. The relief was real reduced stress, lower anxiety, and a deeper understanding of herself that words alone could not reach.

That experience became the foundation of Paints & Brushes Events. She built it with one purpose: to give every woman the same gentle, guided space to express herself freely and reconnect with who she truly is.
